Not reliable internet supply, especially during loadshedding

If you think of using Rain as a reliable internet service provider, think twice. Especially if you need uninterrupted internet supply. Everytime when it's loadshedding their internet supply is off. On phoning them they use the excuse that they make use of other cellphone supplier's towers that is absolutely not true as these networks are fully functional at times when they have no coverage. Customer service is also of non existance when experiencing and logging support tickets, as they do not bother getting back or even reply to you.
