Not receiving OTP's via Rain!

Recently, I encountered some difficulties during the signup process on the Viber app. Despite numerous attempts, I haven't been receiving the One-Time Passwords (OTPs) required for verification. After contacting Viber support, they informed me that RAIN might be blocking the OTPs, potentially due to a spam filter or an inability to receive SMS from abroad.

In an effort to resolve this matter, I reached out to RAIN's customer care line for clarification. However, the conversation left me more confused than before. The representative I spoke with claimed that RAIN doesn't support this service, which doesn't align with my understanding.

Unfortunately, our conversation was cut short due to a dropped call before I could further address the issue or obtain an email address to send my query.
