Not raining but pouring!

You go on the website and follow their prompts. They tell you to pay a certain amount. You pay the amount immediately. You wait a week, nothing happens! You go on their website and send a mail to query. They respond that you must go on their website download their app and then rica the simcard. Yet they have not DELIVERED the simcard yet and their is no option on the page they said you must visit to rica. Evfentually you call them out of desperation, then the lady informs you, that you must do the entire process over again and then pay the same amount again!!!!! Ref ***2. After a huge argument informing her that how can you pay twice for the same product she agrees to send you the simcard! Halleluja! She informs you to have proof of ID and Proof of residence available when the courier delivers. You get your proof of ID and Proof of Residence ready. The courier delivers and insist that a Driver's license is not a valid proof of Id!!! Yet the banks accept Driver's licenses!!! This is my 1st encounter with RAIN, This is my LAST encounter with Rain. They do not have a proper customer services to assist their clients! If I could provide them with a Minus rating it would be Minus 1! Needless to say, I have immdietaly called the tollfree number and cancelled. Now you have to wait a minimum of 7days to get your money back that was deducted within 2 minutes Flat from your account!
