Not Rain, it’s a bad storm

I’ve been having connectivity issues for 3 days now. You log a request for a call back and you get a call back from a call center based in India. The technician believes I am a clown and I have no idea what I’m talking about, he insists I check settings that I have already checked, they do this to deliberately stall you, he tells me he needs to check with his backend guys puts me on hold and while I am on hold a message plays saying there is an issue in the Johannesburg area, the guy comes back on the call tells me there’s no issue and it must be my settings, he probably put me on hold, spoke to no one and acted like he did. When I told him about the message he acted surprised. Rain is useless, I regret porting my number from MTN at least their call centers are local and if you have problems you can go into a store, with rain you cannot do that, you are at the mercy of cheap labor from India that don’t really want to help you. If you are thinking about porting, don’t.

My router is placed correct. Your network is the problem. Regret ever moving to you guys. I can’t even get a new router because your sales people say i need to cancel and will lose my phone number. It use to be so simple to deal with rain, it’s is a nightmare now. Especially the call centers in India. They do not want to help.
