Not rain charging me for services they didn’t provide!!!!!!😡

Not rain calling me and telling me I owe them R1527 where as one of those months I was charged R500 for data I did not use….

In the month of Sep I asked them to give me access, and they said they couldn’t but month end charged me R500… I don’t know how many times I’m supposed to call and ask about this. The girl that called me today explained nonsense to me telling me they charge me - full amount- even without access.

This is nonsense!!! I’d honestly rather take my money else where, to a much more honest and reliable service provider.

I will not be charged for services that weren’t rendered by me!!!

I will not pay anything until this is resolved!
