Not Rain but a disastrous storm!

I have requested to cancel services with this network but was debited today. Not even from an account that is my name. You've debited money that was meant for insurance and now you leave my family uncovered! I've asked that you provide me with the exact section in your terms and conditions or even from the NCA that permits you to do this! I feel disrespected by your business :( I need you to refund the money!!!
