Not quite stormy with Rain...

I struggled to find someone who can explain a few things to me. I spoke with someone on Thursday and he promised to call me back on Monday, but never did.

I logged another call back and then Asanda Busane said hello, and immediately I knew she would be helpful. There was just something in the way she said hello. She was patient to answer all my questions, and was very friendly. I know the customer service role play, but I didn't mind if she was not genuine. All my questions were answered, without hesitation. She also offered additional information, and basically held my hand throughout the process.

I signed up, and am currently connected, and am happy with the service provided. Thank you Asanda, this really helps me.
