Not prepaid rip people off

You send them messages they never answer. I have repeatedly told them to cancel as I no longer even have the sim card it has not been active for over a year already. They don't reply at all no customer service. I informed them to email me back on a new email address as the old email address no longer linked to me. Then have the audacity to send a sms advising they will be debiting my account a day earlier due to the 25th falling on a Saturday. Billing me for what? It is supposed to be prepaid they rip people off
