NOT PAYING FOR SERVICES I DID NOT RECEIVE
Hi Rain,
I understand that my account fell into arrears, which led to my internet being disconnected — I take responsibility for that. However, I’ve now received a new bill for services I have not been receiving, as my internet has been shut off since the 6th of October (to the best of my knowledge).
I’m not willing to pay for something I didn’t get. To resolve this fairly, I’m willing to settle the amount I owed up until the date my service was disconnected. Any charges billed after the disconnection date should be removed from my account.
Please review my billing and advise on the corrected amount so we can resolve this matter.
Thank you.

Is there a way I can pause my services and resume them later? or I'll need to cancel it?
