Not off to a good start with Rain

Been 24 hours since I'm waiting for my sim to be Rica'd. I was told that I did not enter the correct information and therefore the Rica process was unsuccessful. What's funny is that I have received no indication that my Rica process was unsuccessful. It states, on their website that it is still in queue. Am I suppose to smell that my application was unsuccessful????
