Not keeping your promise

Good day all I had a challenge with rain last month in which I used this platform to get there attention and worked but not completely they ******* me in believing they here to help. From the 12th of October my service was cut due to a tower in sunward Park and they were going to fix etc. I got fed up and used hello Peter to encourage people about the poor service rendered by rain and to let them know how rotten they are I give it to there marketing team how they advertise the company on all platforms of compilations but wow once you join its a nightmare. They sent out a technician to my house in freeway park to fix my problem and credit my account to 0 as I had to pay R600 for the service that I so called used which I refused to pay as I only used for a week I thought now we good and I almost came back to this platform to express my gratitude but to my shock my service was interrupted because of none payment (R600) I had to pay after they wrote It off attempts were made on my bank account. I called in and layed a complaint about the 4 to 5 service/ no internet interrupted that's more than a week of its 2 days per interruption they told me they escalated the problem to bills its still by bills and I'm still enjoying interruptions.its very sad to see such a big/upcoming company in our country not to know how to ru there business they gave gold in there hands a very good product but fail so bad to keep there customers happy so sad I hope the ceo of the company looks deep into issue facing the company and really work on it for now it looks bad for him/ her. I want to thank hello Peter for allowing us to use this platform to express our self whether it's good or bad and I also thank all companies who respond and fight hard to make there customers happy.
