Not interested

I activated my sim card today they successfully debited and was able to use the internet, within two hours I was offline mind you i just activated and still new. Sent them an email, what depresses me the most is the fact that we can’t call them we have to email and wait for them to get back to us in their own time. Now everything must stop and wait for them. I am frustrated and disappointed wish they had competition this wasn’t going to happen.
