NOT IMPRESSED.....THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT!

I bought a Rain sim card in 2023. Used it for a few months (did not work very well in my area) so I made contact with them to stop the debit order as I will no longer be using this. THIS IS NOT ON A CONTRACT. Debit order stopped so no data being used as you need to pay then use. I now, after almost 7 months, receive a call from a Debt Collector that I need to pay R2495.00. I NEVER USED THIS DATA SO I AM NOT PAYING FOR IT!!!!!!! PLEASE CORRECT & UPDATE YOUR RECORDS AS I DON'T WISH TO RECEIVE ANOTHER CALL. CANCEL THE AMOUT ASAP.

I cant remember the Ref Number as it was last year & since then I have changed cellphones due to my cellphone being damaged.

I am not impressed by the letters from a 3rd party DEMANDING R2495.00 when I never received or used this data. I was told by RAIN I owe R499. I requested bank details BUT nothing received. PLEASE SEND ASAP. I will not pay a 3rd party especially when the dates on the letter are incorrect. They want money by 14th July but send out the letter on 19th July. A ****!!!!!!
Your service is atrocious. Please get this 3rd party to stop sending letters as I will deal with only RAIN.
I NEED THE RAIN BANK DETAILS IN ORDER TO PAY THE R499...

I will only be paying R499 as per previous correspondence. I have not used this sim card or data in months. STOP moving the goalposts & charging people for data not used!!!!!!!!

Between Rain & Nu Debt I am starting to wonder who knows what is actually going on! Stopped using Rain sim prior to September 2023. They coming with amounts that don't even correspond with one another. Nu Debt are now threating me....NOT ON!
You can't use Rain unless you pay so how can I be charged for NO DATA. Chancers by the look of it.
Rain say there is an amount of R499 due BUT can I get bank details......NO NO NO.
Nu Debt please get hold of Rain & get your house in order. I REFUSE TO DEAL WITH YOU.
Rain has had no contact with me since 19.09.2023. Now since June 2024 I start getting HARRASSED
