Not helpful in getting a Sim problem resolved. Even with a Sim they can not do a Sim swap. If using a number for work as we all do heaven forbid your phone goes missing as you will be stuck 7 days... They can not forward to another number. No way to change voicemail. You are just stuck!!! Worst network concerning customer support
