Not happy with Rain South Africa

Rain is truly the worst network. Rain South Africa, I’ve been trying to get hold of you guys with no success. I haven’t had a connection in 2 weeks and I’ve only had the router for 3 weeks. Ive sent several inboxes with no response, i called several times and i was even promised that il get a today but i guess thats what you tell all your customers. I even requested help on the router. Please assist with steps on how to return your router. rain South Africa ***. I just want to send back your router and move to Mtn ,it's even cheaper
