Not happy with Rain at the moment

I have been with Rain for 2 years and didn't have a problem but for the last couple of weeks I would not have network at a certain time at night everyday. I have sent messages on the app,made calls multiple times but no one gets back to me at all. I am not happy at the moment with Rain but then you want your money in full every month but I don't have network most of the time.
