Not happy with rain
I've been struggling with getting rain to replace they faulty router that keeps on losing network frequently. Three weeks later nothing from rain but all I keep on getting from they WhatsApp is only escalation and nothing. All this time not even rain management team have contacted me to see it we can have this issue solved. Three weeks keep on being sent from pillar to post. Dnt use rain. Even one star is not a proper way to give such poor poor service worse network

13 Oct 2025, 16:12#***4 apparently this ref number that I got from rain. Leila from billing/retention promises me today that I will receive my router between 2-5 today and a courier company Will deliver. Now I asked her just now she said she doesn't know anything how does rain work
