Not happy with raim

I've been using rain for almost a year now and the service they have been offering lately is the worst. I Pay a full amount monthy and upgraded to have better coverage however using its difficult to even watch a movie.. I can't wait for fibre to be installed in my area because rain clearly doesn't care about their customers.
