Not happy with how I'm treated by rain

Dear Rain please assist my account was overdue with R954.00 when I logged in on my rain I checked manage and went on pay now it said I can pay R238.00 as a part payments which I paid through my nedbank instant eft through your rain website. I spoke to a gentleman who advised me that my services will be reconnected in 2 hours I paid the R238.00 this morning at about 05:45am but my services are still suspended. I even called again at about 08:00 today spoke to a lady who advised that my services should have reconnected automatically but she advised she has escalled my enquiry to billing to assist to reconnect. Please assist to reconnect my services I need them because I am working from home.
