not happy money went off and i dont even have the sim card !!!!!!!
I have a problem i have sent numerous emails to Rain and tried to call and their call centre is not operating, and the 3 emails i have sent i just get a automated response and no feedback and i urgently needed assistance.
i have a sim card already and no issues so i bought another one for the unlimited data and they took the money off straight away without me even having a sim card so i paid for something i havent used yet and havent even seen if the sim card works yet. the last time i bought a sim card they only took R1 off to check and i only paid at the end of the month, why is it different now.
and i havent recieved a tracking number so i cant weven contact Ram to follow up and nobody is getting back to me.
all i have done is only praise Rain for the great connection and everything, but if you need support there is no response.

see this is a automated reply as well and its nearly the same reply i get when i send a support request. and thats my issue, you keep saying this but nobody gets back to you.
i want to know when will you get back to??????????
not a agent will get back to you the whole time, its really testing my patience and i do not think its fair if you are paying for a service which i have no problem with, but when you really need help all you get is this response, its not good enough for me. its easy to debit money, but no assistance how does this help?????
