Not happy at all

Im really getting tired of this. The whole of december i hevent had a service from you. Called in to report the matter and have been advised that towers in the area are under maintenance. For how long? The whole of December, my network has been giving me issues. Payment was done on the 23 December and yesterday i was sent a message to pay R549 in order to stay connected. Where am i staying connected? How many times have i called in about not having network. Now i need to oay extra R549 to stay connected to what?
