Not happy at all

I have requested for rain to cancel and collect their services or subscriptions, but no feedback no service, I keep paying so that it does not affect my credit score but it sims like their system or agencies are not willing to help with the Cancellation, still waiting till the attend me.

Whats the best way to cancel or report this as their the same as Vodacom doing the same not fulfilling clients.
