Hi I bought a router from rain it was April they said it's a free month but my router doesn't work so since it was free I wasn't bought I wait till I have money for pay I paid 15 may then my router still not working I took to their office think is gona work nothing changed I'm back home on the 16 of May I took to their office and cancel they said I must wait for 7 days for my money till now no money When I ask them they say I didn't pay must send bank statement I did but still no lucky Rain plz I need my money u have ur router please I need my refund it's been 2 months waiting now
