NOT HAPPY ABOUT RAIN ROUTER SERVICE

I have an account with rain, I'm not happy with their service i called several times to ask them to change my debit order date, Because i'm no longer getting paid on the 25th so wanted them to change the debit order date to the 1st of every month, Even today they didn't change it. every month on the 25th they cut my service why do i have to suffer. i have to call them every month to remind them that i'm no longer getting paid on the 25th.
