Not happy about Rain internet service provider

Good evening im not happy about the service that rain internet service provider is giving me. I'm complaining for the second time. I have made payment but my simcard is not working the whole of December 2022.today is the 28 December 2022. Every day I'm trying to call rain but their contact number is off everyday.*** And on Saturday i made payment again but still my simcard is off. I have no idea what must i do.
