Not Happy

I was really happy when i got confirmation from work that i will be working from home on the 25th of June. Long story short i bought the Men's health magazine which came with a free rain sim card for R100, activated the sim and i was debited on the 26th. The thing is i have been experience bad network on their 4g deal and when i ask for assistance, my email gets a response after a week. i have sent them an email asking to upgrade to their 5g, a move i hope i wont regret but i haven't received any feedback from Rain Where do you guys get their contact number? i honestly can not be wasting R500 on something that is of no use to me.
