Not happy
The service has been unacceptable. Despite repeated attempts to seek assistance through the Sam Bot, I have yet to receive any meaningful help. This has caused unnecessary frustration and wasted time. I would like this matter escalated immediately and addressed by a competent support representative. Reference is ***4 even thinking of just cancelling everything with them because im even waiting on a refund that was debited on the 23/08/2026 but still nothing

11 Sept 2026, 10:20Its funny how I have requested for this refund weeks back and im still told to wait 7 days whereby debating the funds was never a question of waiting.
Im really considering canceling with you guys honestly, the inconvenience is totally unacceptable and what happened to getting feedback. One phonecall and that means my query is resolved.
