Not happy
I've been trying to get my Sim activated online, I've done the Rica requirements now the last part wch is live face recognition does not validate me to see if am human not a robot, so asking myself NY account was debit R1 I've send my ID as well as mf photo is dat not enough, since Friday 8th Jan 2020 wait for assistance as send email no one called back. SO ASKING MYSELF ONCE MY REGISTERED AND HAVING PROBLEMS HOW LONG WILL I BE ASSISTED
