Not happy

Actually how long does it take for payment to reflect if I paid at a store? I've been paying rain at supermarket since last year when I joined, but now all of a sudden it doesn't reflect since last month. I paid on the 1st of May but I'm still receiving messages that I did not pay, and this wifi is not working anymore. I have sender my proof of payment via email and also Facebook just like last month, but I'm not getting any response
