It's like they want me to have a stroke!!!

After I requested cancelation they called me on Saturday to say they are sorry and that a technician will be at my house on Monday to fix the problem,

Can't believe that when I phoned in today to find out what time that their response is "Saturday is not a working day, although we called you which we can see on our system that the request was not filled from the person who called me"

Complete time waste and money.. Just proof of how *********** this place and wifi service is.
