Not getting what I pay for – Worst ISP out there

I am on a high-speed Rain plan, yet my internet speeds are consistently far below what I am paying for. My downloads and uploads are extremely low, making it almost impossible to stream, game, or work properly. I expect reliable service when paying for a premium plan, but Rain has failed to deliver. Immediate action is needed to fix these speed issues. Would not recommend this ISP. ABSOLUTE ****.
