Not getting my money's worth

I'm paying R479 a month but my internet is always off. 90% off then 10% slooooowly on... this is some kind of ***** or what? It seems it was better when I was paying R250. I have been going back and forth on email but the last email basically said I am *****ed...

Pathetic and seriously considering cancelling this.
