Not delivering as promised from 3 days now 22days same problem 😡

It's been 22 days now since I have the same problem with rain. The tower is still being fixed and I'm struggling and falling behind on my work. My bill is paid in full but still on 4g as u guys said 5g is still being fixed. When will I have peace again and get what I'm paying for.
