Not cancelling services that I dont even use. Cancelled months ago but still wanting to debit!
I don't know if you people are *********** or what. You guys keep billing me for services that I dont even have with you guys anymore. I cancelled with you guys because of your poor service and poor network and never being able to pick up other towers during loadshedding, as per your consultant that sold it to me, he explained to me that it would pick up another tower...but it doesnt happen. You keep trying to debit my account every single damn month. Can you now stop it please! Worse damn service ever!

09 Dec 2022, 13:41I cancelled before September as I already had another service provider. How the heck do you guys not update your details. I have been trying to cancel with you guys for months! But you guys ignore my cries. Now i must pay. I didnt even use your services. I have been using afrihost since September
