Not being helped in proper language

I am very very disappointed with Rain service. They offer this service to South African whom their language of preference is English and not some Indian Language and yet rain goes on a hires Indian folks who cannot speak English properly. When you don't understand what they are saying and ask for an English speaking person or the manager they drop the phone on you. We are paying for a service that we are being treated badly for. What happened to speaking your language of choice. This is very bad guys why do you offer this service to south Africans if you cannot service them at the language of their choice. I get this almost every time I call rain. South African is already sitting at low employment rate but we hire people that are not south African citizens and cant even help us in our own language.

Worse if you are not winning speaking to these Indian folks and try to send a WhatsApp nothing happens on WhatsApp they just tell you that they don't understand what you are looking for.
