Not at all satisfied with Rain services

I had a few family memebers that had very good reviews about Rain, but my personal review not so pleasing. I received my sim on Teusday afternoon, I chose and paid for the 24/7 4g package and it cuts me offline on peak hours (6pm-11pm). This is not the package I am paying for. There is no support service, phone lines are offline, I've logged two complaints on the support email and nothing is happening. I have researched all I can and it seems like nobody is getting good after service!!
