NOT AS ADVERTISED

I logged a query on 24 June 2021 about the Horrible Speeds I'm getting on this network and haven't heard anything back. Today 1st Jully, NOT AS ADVERTISED.. They cannot deliver on their promises, I am a long standing customer with rain, But if you don't give them Gas when you experience a slow speed, (Less than 1mbs) for about a week then you will be ****** of your money ;) . You don't get your moneys Worth.
