Not as Advertised.

I have previously given Rain a 5 star rating for their service in dealing with an issue, and that still stands, However, when it comes to the product Rain provides, I am not so happy. My issue is that the WIFI reception is very unstable, It varies tremendously and does not give a stable connection. Unfortunately over the past weekend we could not even watch Showmax for most of the time as the Internet speed averaged around 5 mbs, which is far from the high speeds they advertise. Allthough we are in a 5g araea, we had very little 5g reception this weekend. To make a long story short.....Rain does not provide the high Internet speeds they advertise.
