NOT AS ADVERTISED

I had Rain Internet Service Provider for +/- 3 Months - 4g uncapped - HOWEVER only 1 person can be on their phones, once a second person joins, it goes for a ball of..... We actually just cancelled, as its NOT a 10mbps connection as advertised - but NOT once did we reach 10mbps when logging on the app for my router. So i cancelled, rather have NO wifi.

I have decided to go to another service provider who has AMAZING reviews. And i know someone who uses them, and they are super impressed.
