Not answering their phone.

My contract with them was cancelled in April 2024. I received confirmation from them that it was cancelled but they still took instalments after the cancellation. They were suppose to come fetch the unit but they did not. I phoned them this morning once again to come and collect it. I was put on hold for 12 minutes and I them put down the phone. What should I do now?
