Not an ISP I would recommend to anyone!!! It's absurd Quiet frankly Pathetic.

I don't even think there should be any start rating as their service is ZERO. I don't even want to speak about the customer care consultants.

On numerus request did I advise that I'm having speed issue with affects my work as I work from home. Nothing was improved to that effect and instead I was placed on a package that a slight improvement, but till today I still have the same issue and I just had enough, I decided to call the call so they can down grade both my routers to the standard packages at R529, as I'm will to pay that amount for the pathetic speeds, Spoke to sales and they were unable to assist and pushed me through to service where i was told I would need to do it on my own, than advised that she would escalate this as its been grey shaded on her side. My main request us to have both the router's packages downgraded to the R529 packages as I'm not paying anything more for service not up to its ads or speeds advertised.

I truly hope this would be my last review. I have had enough.
