Not Again
Just when I think my reltionship with Rain is going to be okay, they once agian prove me wrong. after 3 weeks and countless headaches my second sim was delivered, only to find that the WIFI sim isn't working, is this payback for my reviews as there wasn't a problem when I inserted the cell phone sim into the router. Rain isn't that cheap compared to some others. I am considering cancelling as I need to work from home art night, so now I am extremely behind with my work . I reported this problem 20 hours ago and still nothing

29 Feb 2024, 10:02As today nothing has been done to resolve the issues with my sim cards and the WIFI sim. I asked nicely that this be sorted out this week and was blatantly ignored. I am going to cancel my contract with rain. This is ridicules
