Not a network provider I'd recommend for anyone

So unimpressed with Rain, got a warning at work the past week because I was unable to logon to do my work. I logged an Incident with their support team for network issues and they only got back to me after 4 days. My connectivity issue wasn't resolved instead I was told I need to buy a directional WI-Fi antena then my network issue will be resolved. Please cancel my subscription to your services it's time I look for a network provider that will actually assist me cause Rain doesn't care about their customer complaints.
