Not a happy customer.

I made a payment on the 14/10/2023, started contacting rain on the support line on the 23/10/2023 so that I can be able to change the payment date, only to be sent a payment reminder on the 25/10/23 and no one has contacted me even though I have been trying to get hold of them.

Got home and the service has been suspended, was it not suppose to last a month like they state.

When I check online on the account, it shows that the next payment date is 01/11/2023.

Utterly disappointed.
