Not a happy customer

Not a happy customer, I joined Rain on the 01 March and I was told that the first debit will be taken on the 01 March, till today debit order hasn't been taken, network is off.. I tried calling Rain since yesterday no one is contacting me.. I don't know how many messages I have left for them. I don't know if this is how Rain treats its customers or am I the only one been treated bad..
