Not a happy client at all

Worst service ever. I am paying for the 100 mbps and only get about 4 to 5 mbps every day. When calling to sort out the problem i am told I will be contacted to get this problem sorted. It's been like this from the beginning of the month. I am still waiting. Pathetic service, quick to take your money. Busy shopping around for another provider to help, want to get rid of this useless service provider.
