Not a good ISP

Customer service is everything and Rain ISP has none. If your network is down, don't contact them, it will take about a week (2 weeks in my case) to say your ticket is logged and by then, you network sorted itself out. Billing? after cancelling my service, it took 2 weeks just to ask if I am sure. Another week before collection and by then I got billed close to my monthly installment.

1-star because the router on the 5G routers are good - 15-20m even through walls (Thanks to Huawei). Had the router for about 13-months which worked well as a backup but *DO NOT USE AS A PRIMARY SERVICE*. You will pull your hair and the stress of sitting in a meeting while the network fluctuates is not a great impression.
