Not a bad company , I'm just the unlucky prospective client

The after sales process is proving to be a rather frustrating one, 72 hours after my delivery, my router and internet access is still not activated. honestly Rain is not a bad company , i just became the one unlucky prospective client, I'm contemplating cancelling the whole thing.

i know the company will issue an apology for the inconvenience and frustration then promise to sort it out asap, however for me it's about the principle , if I'm promised activation in 24 hours let's make 24 hours.
