Nonsense service provider

I don't really understand how this nonsense service provider works. Last month i complained about a debit order for a sim card that i never used and never received yet this month they debited my account for the very same thing i complained about. What is this? Rain please reverse my money. I'm getting tired of complaining about the same nonsense. Why was i debited for something i don't have and never used.

I want my money back ASAP
