NONSENSE SERVICE!!!

weeee.... never in my life have i experienced such a bad service. so in the 25th i called in to change my password on the outside router at home, the worst decision i took. we were all kicked off the wifi service emmediately. 5 mins later i called in and the consultant form the advanced department is no where to to be found. i am asking my self if the people at the advanced department are aliens that cant be contacted to assist customers there an there. its a shame. now i am on a call with them and the only response we have escalated to the advanced department. last time same happened it took 4 days to revert. RAIN IS NONSENSE. DONT GET YOUR SELF TRAPPED IN THIS NONSENSE. THE TEAM LEADER FAILING DISMALLY TO ASSIST SUCH A SMALL QUIRY IS SINDY.
